No Refund Policy for Non-Participation or Lack of Engagement
At Playmaker-Corp, our services are designed to empower young athletes through active collaboration and engagement. Our comprehensive support system, including elite training, financial literacy, educational placement, sports representation, strategic partnerships, and product discounts, requires the athlete's commitment and participation to achieve the desired outcomes (such as successful NIL deals and a positive, independent future).
Therefore, while we strive for every athlete's satisfaction, we generally operate under a policy where:
* Forfeiture Due to Non-Engagement: If a client (athlete or their representative) consistently fails to participate in scheduled training, provide necessary information for NIL deals, attend educational sessions, or follow the guidance provided by Playmaker-Corp's team, they may forfeit any fees paid for the period of non-participation. This is because Playmaker-Corp continues to allocate resources, expertise, and opportunities, even if they are not fully utilized by the client.
* Payment for Access and Availability: Our service agreements are structured such that payment secures access to our platform, resources, expert guidance, and the availability of our services, rather than guaranteeing a specific outcome that is dependent on the client's active involvement. Refunds are typically not issued for periods where the client had access to the services but chose not to engage or participate.
* Commitment to Service Delivery: Playmaker-Corp commits to delivering the agreed-upon services as outlined in our agreements. Our ability to secure NIL deals, provide training, and offer support is contingent upon the athlete's reciprocal commitment and active involvement.
